Spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen, great alternative to hotel suite. Multi-bedroom, 10 mins from beach. Helene, the owner, is incredibly helpful and kind.

We appreciated to be here, its rooms and staff. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Oggi Ristorante that was only 10 minutes' walk away. In addition, the parking was nearby.

The owner was helpful with showers and printing. The apartment had many amenities. North Bay Village is a good, quiet location. Ms. Helene was accommodating and lives nearby. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with outdoor furniture and free parking. The hotel had a nice, family-oriented style.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming apartment in Miami. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated in a Mexican/Spanish style. I loved the twin beds in the second bedroom, which were perfect for me. The parking was convenient and I appreciated that beach towels were provided. The balcony was a nice touch, offering a lovely view. I highly recommend this place.

Located near the beach, this apartment is perfect for those who want a peaceful retreat. The well-maintained rooms and clean bathrooms ensure a comfortable stay. Exceptional service from the staff, who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the garden was a lovely spot to relax.

Some kitchen utensils were old and worn out, which could have been improved.

Stayed during New Year's Eve and the complementary party favors were a nice touch. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and shops. The balcony offered an amazing view of the city skyline, which was absolutely breathtaking.

Plus, the owner of the apartment was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

That being said, it would have been helpful to have a car during our stay, as the hotel is not within walking distance of key attractions. there was no room service available, so we had to clean up after ourselves.

Despite the great location and spacious apartment, there were a few things that let our stay down. The kitchen was missing essential items such as a kettle and the blinds on the windows were extremely fragile, making us hesitant to use them.
